Clarion University Health Science Education Center (HSEC) was established in May of 2002 under the direction of Dr. Nancy Falvo and Clarion University of Pennylvania. The staff of the HSEC is comprised of individuals from various educational backgrounds who strive to help our communities make healthy lifestyle choices. The staff serves various communities within our geographical area as well as throughout the state.
